EMR response to a new service request was outstanding. The scheduler was very helpful and was able to get a same week appointment in time for church service on Sunday. Greg, our technician, was on-time, very professional, efficient, and gave us some great tips on keeping these old appliances going. WE will be using EMR as our maintenance/repair team going forward.
