Tre was very respectful and courteous. His systematic process to identify and isolate the problem showed a great deal of professionalism and knowledge. Upon his return trip, he was highly professional and efficient with the disassembly and reassembly of the unit and thorough with the check out. Tre is certainly an asset to EMR.
