EMR Parts & Distribution Manager
With almost 20 years with EMR, Bill is the Parts & Distribution Manager. He also manages EMR’s Service Support Division, which handles service estimating, warehouse/shipping & receiving, inventory control, purchasing, and customer care. His broad areas of expertise are in inventory management, purchasing, technical support, and warehousing. He manages four full-time staff members in the Parts & Distribution Center, as well as 10 staff members in Service Support, both located at the EMR headquarter branch in Baltimore, MD. In 2017, Bill facilitated the split of the Parts & Distribution Center from Commercial Kitchen Services, to form its own department. Functioning as a singular business unit with Bill at the helm, the department boasts a national footprint with a local touch.

Prior to joining EMR, Bill worked as a warehouse receiving manager. He has training in industrial electricity & maintenance, carpentry, air conditioning & refrigeration and plumbing. He has completed Dale Carnegie Leadership Trainings as well as factory trainings with Manitowoc/Welbilt and Hoshizaki Ice Machines with regard to service and sales. Outside of work, Bill is an avid sports fan, both as a spectator and participant.
