Step 1 – Planning & Selection

A pre-site survey is conducted before work begins. We aim to understand your operational goals and identify the best equipment to meet those goals. EMR recommends the right equipment for your space, determines the proper utilities needed, and partners with the manufacturers to quote, purchase and deliver to EMR for equipment inspection.
 
Step 2 – Install & Start-Up

When the equipment passes our internal inspection, our expert field technicians are dispatched. After installation is complete, all utility connections are made and manufacturer start-ups fulfilled to confirm equipment is properly functioning against factory guidelines. We provide a comprehensive customer service experience, setting you up for success — what we know about your equipment, you will know about your equipment.
 
Step 3 – Warranty

We’re not done yet! Our warranty department will aid you in your continued use of this equipment. Paperwork is complete and factory communications taken care of on your behalf. Our open-door communication policy encourages you to contact EMR with questions regarding your equipment and warranty. We continue to support you long after the installation is complete.
