EMR DCMV Operations Manager

As the operations manager for EMR’s DCMV branch located in Beltsville, MD, Rick brings several years of EMR leadership experience to this role, has excellent people and organizational skills and an extensive technical background. Since 2007, he has been proving his drive and dedication to EMR, working his way through the ranks. Rick began at EMR as a field technician, excelling to service manager and now in his current role running one of EMR’s largest + most dense service territories. DCMV branch covers DC proper, and portions of MD, VA, and WV, and consists of a team of approximately 30 technical and support staffers.

Prior to joining EMR, Rick was as a trained chef. Working over 20 years in restaurant operations, he brings a wealth of knowledge and understanding of customers’ needs from their service company. In his new position, Rick aims to build a deeper understanding between the hospitality and service industries, and how they intersect.

For Rick, life outside of EMR is filled with family, home improvements, playing the bagpipes and marathon training.
