EMR Chief Financial Officer

Lisa is the Chief Financial Officer at EMR. She has been a key part of EMR’s leadership team since March 2024, bringing with her over 30 years of experience in financial management and strategic planning. As CFO, Lisa oversees all aspects of financial management at EMR, including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and risk management. She plays a critical role in developing and executing financial strategies to support EMR’s long-term goals, ensuring that the company remains financially sound while adhering to regulatory requirements and best practices.

Before joining EMR, Lisa served as the VP Director of Finance at Len the Plumber from 2021 to 2024 and as Corporate Controller at Vision Technologies from 2018 to 2021. Her extensive career is supported by a BS in Accounting and an MBA in Leadership from The University of Baltimore.

Beyond her professional achievements, Lisa is deeply committed to ministry at her local church, where she provides support and encouragement to incarcerated women at the Towson Detention Center. An avid motorcycle rider, Lisa enjoys riding her Harley Davidson Street Glide, and treasures the time spent with her family, including her beautiful granddaughter, grand goddaughter, and her 126-pound Great Pyrenees dog, Boaz.
