Darrius came out to look at a walk-in cooler, but when he got to the kitchen, the cook let us know that there were several other pieces of equipment that needed service. Darrius was very easy going and suggested I call the office to see if they could be added to his ticket. The office was very nice as well, and Darrius was able to work on most of the equipment.

Alex demonstrated professionalism and was knowledgeable about the freezer. He provided me with additional information about defrosting settings and maintenance, took excellent care of the facility and was respectful about noise levels and patient privacy (this is a doctor’s office).
